45 Minute GENTLE MAT Class at LifeSpring Church, Loveland, CO

Join me for a 45-minute in-person gentle yoga class at LifeSpring Covenant Church, Loveland, Colorado, on Saturday at 8:30 AM Mountain Time. We would love to welcome you to our class!

Your first class is always free. Just show up a few minutes early to sign your waiver form (required). You can also sign it online when you register. After that, the drop-in price for a single class is $15.00. Packages are also available at a lower price per class and can be PURCHASED HERE or at the door with cash or check.

Please bring your own yoga mat. If this is not possible, the church will provide one.

HOW IT WORKS

1. First, purchase a drop-in, membership, or package (unless it's your first class, which is free).

2. Then register for your class on the schedule page (right here).

3. You’ll get a confirmation email with additional details and a reminder email one day prior to the class.

4. Arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Class space is highly limited. We implement a 2-hour cancellation policy. You will be issued a full refund if you cancel at least 2 hours before class. Members who are no-shows will be charged a $15 fee. No refunds given if canceled within 2 hours of class.

*Classes may occasionally be canceled by Christ-centered Yoga Reflections. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but sickness and emergencies happen!

She was inspired to teach fitness from a Christian perspective by Alisa Keeton, founder of Revelation Wellness, and Christian spiritual disciplines by Adele Ahlberg Calhoun, author of The Spiritual Disciplines Handbook.

Susan studied yoga with Kristin Gibowicz, owner and lead trainer of Living Soul Institute, and graduated from their 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021 and 300-hour advanced training in 2024. She specializes in teaching gentle Hatha-style yoga on a mat or a chair, combined with Christian spiritual disciplines, biblical scripture readings, and prayer.

45 Minute Online Members' Only Yoga Zoom Class (Chair or Mat)

This is a gentle yoga class that will thoroughly stretch and loosen your body, with some strengthening and balancing movements and poses. You choose to practice either from a mat or a chair! Allow 45 minutes for this gentle class, although this time allows for a generous "chat" time at the beginning, prayers, and scripture readings.

These classes are held regularly on Zoom and are only available to purchasers of an Online or Unlimited Membership with Christ-Centered Yoga Reflections LLC. You can purchase a monthly or yearly online membership or the Unlimited Membership to access (and cancel anytime).

It is up to you if you want to keep your camera on or off during the class, or if you stay for the entire class. I do encourage you, however, to keep your camera on and participate fully so that you will feel more a part of the class, and I can support you more!

I recommend using a yoga mat or a sturdy chair without arms, placed on a yoga mat or carpet, to prevent it from slipping. Optional props you may use are light hand weights or stretchy bands (both long and looped types).
