45 Minute GENTLE MAT Class at LifeSpring Church, Loveland, CO

Join me for a 45-minute in-person gentle yoga class at LifeSpring Covenant Church, Loveland, Colorado, on Saturday at 8:30 AM Mountain Time. We would love to welcome you to our class!

Your first class is always free. Just show up a few minutes early to sign your waiver form (required). You can also sign it online when you register. After that, the drop-in price for a single class is $15.00. Packages are also available at a lower price per class and can be PURCHASED HERE or at the door with cash or check.

Please bring your own yoga mat. If this is not possible, the church will provide one.

HOW IT WORKS

2. Then register for your class on the schedule page (right here).

3. You’ll get a confirmation email with additional details and a reminder email one day prior to the class.

4. Arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Class space is highly limited. We implement a 2-hour cancellation policy. You will be issued a full refund if you cancel at least 2 hours before class. Members who are no-shows will be charged a $15 fee. No refunds given if canceled within 2 hours of class.

*Classes may occasionally be canceled by Christ-centered Yoga Reflections. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but sickness and emergencies happen!

45 Minute Online Members' Only Gentle Mat Zoom Class

This is a gentle class that will thoroughly stretch and loosen your body, with some strengthening and balancing movements and poses. It is a mat-based class, so you must be comfortable getting up and down from the floor. Allow 45 minutes to one hour for this gentle class. This time allows for a generous "chat" time at the beginning, prayers, and scripture readings.

These classes take place regularly on Zoom, but they are only available to purchasers of an Online Membership with Christ-Centered Yoga Reflections LLC. You can purchase a monthly or yearly online membership to access (and cancel anytime).

It is up to you if you want to keep your camera on or off during the class, or if you stay for the entire class. I do encourage you, however, to keep your camera on and participate fully, so you will feel more a part of the class, and I can support you more!

I recommend that you use a yoga mat. Optional props you may use are yoga blocks, a tie or yoga strap, and perhaps a towel or small blanket for cushioning your knees.
